SOL Mental Health in Maryland is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. This role offers a salary range of $70,000-$90,000+ with a guarantee plus hour-based incentives and a robust benefits package.

You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults and/or young people, with support for documentation and ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates hold an active MD license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) in Maryland, have direct clinical care

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
