SOL Mental Health in New York, NY is hiring licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

We offer a competitive compensation package of $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives, 401(k) with match, an annual CEU budget of $1,500, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, liability insurance, EAP and disability coverages.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
