Job summary

Family Care Center in Denver, CO is seeking an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide counseling and mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a wide age range (children to geriatric).
• State licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required; registered play therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services in our office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' goals.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients using various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor client progress while maintaining ethical and legal standards by keeping accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education activities.
