New employment packages are available for those who qualify, along with a possible sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates! Part-time and full-time openings! WillisCC is a thriving multi-state private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, and licensed psychologists, as well as those with LSW, LPC, LPC-A, or LMSW (eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months). This position may include some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.
We are eager to find clinicians who are looking for a supportive environment to grow and develop, dedicated to evidence-based treatment modalities. If you're interested in starting or expanding your private practice with group support, we can help! WCC handles client benefits verification, manages scheduling, credentialing, and screens referrals to match you with your ideal caseload.
We welcome candidates who work well in team settings, wish to specialize, and seek professional development opportunities. Our team values sharing caseloads, community engagement, and ongoing training. We offer in-house CE's and training sessions, emphasizing inclusion, diversity, and affirming values. Our core values include inclusiveness, collaboration, technology integration, and accountability—if these align with your values, you'll be a good fit. We are committed to community involvement and promoting mental health access in underserved areas.
Therapists are responsible for providing behavioral health services to a diverse, 'working-well' population and their families/significant others, with a cultural and affirming lens. Direct service responsibilities include individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.
Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, training, staff development, and have opportunities to join our interdisciplinary team and support local outreach and programming.
Candidates must have experience with video/virtual platforms, a high threshold for using IT and technology, and experience with multiple software and electronic devices. WCC is heavily IT-focused, integrating various software platforms. While training is provided, candidates must demonstrate strong technological adaptability.
Caseload building timelines vary by state. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks, credentialing 2-3 weeks, and caseload development 2-3 months or more, depending on the state. We encourage candidates seeking a stable, long-term career within a growth-oriented group. Those looking for quick, easy side income or practices focusing solely on high-paying insurance should consider other options. Our payer mix includes EAPs and commercial payers, emphasizing professional development and quality care.
