Job summary

Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to work with adolescents at Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah.

The role involves leading weekly individual and family sessions, creating master treatment plans and completing psychosocial assessments with strong clinical supervision. The position offers student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, onsite work with flexible caseload, and a comprehensive benefits package, with lunch provided and free parking.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field.
• Must be currently licensed in the State of Utah or license eligible.
• Must be able to pass a thorough criminal history background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
• Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
• Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
• Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
• Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other department

Education

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:

• Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews

Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience and license
