Job summary

The Recovery Village Umatilla, part of Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, is seeking a licensed clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting. A Master's degree and active LMHC/LMFT/LCSW license are required, with experience in substance use and co-occurring disorders.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, develop biopsychosocial assessments, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Must be licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely documentation (assisted by Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
