Job summary

Renaissance Recovery in Fountain Valley, CA seeks a compassionate Clinical Therapist (ACSW/AMFT/APCC) to join our outpatient team. This full-time role provides PHP and IOP services with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Renaissance Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific)
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed
• Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in utilization reviews

What You Bring

• Master's degree in a related field
• Active BBS Associate number
• ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)
• Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems
• Addiction treatment experience preferred
