Job summary

Healing Arts Institute of South Florida is seeking a passionate Clinical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities to support clients on their healing journey.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field.
• Active Florida licensure or licensure eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience providing direct clinical therapy services in a behavioral/mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to cultural competency.
