Job summary

SOL Mental Health is a clinician-centered practice in Fairfax, VA, seeking qualified mental health professionals. We offer a structure that supports you with clinical hour-based incentives and a guaranteed base, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
