The clinical therapist will provide mental health therapy services to youth/children and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within an integrated health clinic. This position requires supporting the case manager in the formulation of an individualized treatment plan, which will be used in conjunction with the entire primary care team to develop a holistic care strategy for each client.
Certificates, Licenses, Education:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, contingent on meeting productivity and telehealth standards. During the first 30 days, staff are required to work in the office, with possible extension based on performance.
Employees may work remotely part of the time, but must be flexible to client needs, including in-person appointments.
