Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Clinical Psychologists licensed in California to join our expanding behavioral health team. This role offers a mix of testing and therapy in outpatient settings, serving children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on clinical excellence.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a range of $108,000–$145,000, sign-on bonus, W2 employment, comprehensive benefits, and 401K with a 4% match. Part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be local to and fully licensed in California.
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology.
• Experienced with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
• Autism training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix of testing and therapy responsibilities in a clinical setting.
• Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and therapy.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:

• Local to and fully licensed in California;
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology;
• Experienced working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations;
• Trained in Autism (preferred).
