Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking licensed Psychologists in the Mishawaka/South Bend area to join our growing clinical team. This hybrid role offers testing services, psychotherapy, or both, with a flexible schedule and autonomy over your caseload.

We provide a competitive compensation model—$111,000 to $140,000 per year with an annual cash bonus incentive—plus a robust benefits package, 100% outpatient care, and modern offices with admin support and telemedicine options.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience with conducting assessments for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing services and psychotherapy (or both).
• Deliver outpatient care without nights, weekends, or hospital calls; operate in a hybrid model.

Our Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists who are:

• Fully licensed in Indiana, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• This is a hybrid role, candidates should be based in Mishawaka.
