Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Clinical Technologist in Georgia to support patient flow and clinical tasks. After initial training, you’ll operate independently in a fast-paced clinic setting, ideal for MAs and PCTs expanding their scope.

Responsibilities include patient care support, procedure assistance, and inventory management while maintaining HIPAA compliance. A strong EMR background and reliable, punctual performance are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician in a patient care setting.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred).
• Preferred completion of an accredited MA or Surgical Technologist program.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong communication skills and dependable, punctual work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Support: Assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation; update status in the EMR.
• Procedure Support: Prepare exam rooms, assist in sterile/non-sterile procedures, and help in surgical procedures.
• Documentation & Inventory: Document patient information, complete consents, manage inventory, stock exam rooms.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
