The role involves administering SAINT TMS protocols, assisting Esketamine, and documenting patient data in the EHR, while coordinating scheduling and providing empathetic patient care. You'll work onsite in a clinical setting with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate care, contributing to innovative brain health

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathetic patient care.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow clinical protocols, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
• Professionalism, reliability, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• SAINT TMS Treatment Delivery: administer SAINT TMS protocols and monitor patient responses.
• Administrative & Patient Support: greet patients, manage scheduling, and document in the EHR.
• Esketamine Support: assist setup and observation during Esketamine treatments.
• Interdisciplinary & Research Collaboration: collaborate with clinicians and participate in data collection.
