Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a Clinical Technician II for the 3B Surgical IMCU. Under the supervision of an RN, you will perform routine patient care, monitor changes in status, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and nursing skills to support the health care team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of related experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Empathy and good communication with patients and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Equivalent experience is required.
• Six months of experience as a Clinical Technician I or equivalent clinical experience required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision of the RN.
• Performs routine duties involving patient care including activities of daily living.
• Observes changes in patient status and communicates findings to the nurse.
• Provides a clean and safe environment and transports patients as needed.
