Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current CMA/RMA credentials.
• Current BLS certification and LPN license in Wisconsin and Minnesota required.
• Prior clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist providers with procedures.
• Document patient phone calls and follow-up data in EMR.
• Maintain medical facility records and schedule patient procedures.

Skills

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Flexible and willing to fill different roles as needed

Strong customer service skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
