Axes Physical Therapy is dedicated to positively impacting and improving the lives of the people we serve! This is achieved by hiring great people and providing great services. Axes PT is excited to be looking for a Clinical Technician (Aide) to work at our Fenton Clinic.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get exposure or experience in the medical field.

This position will be responsible for maintaining the clinic appearance and upkeep under the direction of the Clinical Director. In addition, the clinical technician teams with others within the clinic to improve the patient/client experience in therapy and serves to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Essential Job Functions include:

1. Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular completion of job duties, such as cleaning tables, cleaning equipment, assisting with laundry and maintaining supplies.
2. Improve patient and client experience through concierge-like customer service.
3. Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by their supervising PT.
4. Assist front office staff as needed with answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling patients.
5. Improve clinic upkeep by assisting PT with digital technology and EMR as requested.

Experience Required includes:

1. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
2. Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work as a team member and make appropriate decisions.
5. Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.

Qualification Required include:

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Some college experience in related healthcare field preferred.
3. Prior experience working within a physical therapy setting is preferred.
4. CPR certification preferred.
5. Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting objects over 50 lbs. frequently.
