Full-time | Nights | Shift: Days Vary, 6PM - 6:30AM

The Women's Surgical Unit at renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Your shifts will be from 6PM-6:30AM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision, including ADLs, blood draws, IV insertion, and Foley catheter insertion.
• Communicates effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Training: Six weeks of paid training, including virtual modules, classroom sessions, and on-unit shifts.
