Clinical Technician 1 – Progressive Care Unit at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.
Full-time Nights | Shift: Nights vary, 7pm – 7:30am
Three (3), 12-hour shifts per week | Rotating Weekends & Holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, including ADLs, blood draws, IV insertion, catheter/ Foley insertion.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout healthcare delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Availability for six weeks of paid training: virtual modules, classroom sessions (8AM–4:30PM), and on-unit training (times TBD).
• Preferred: Prior healthcare experience.
