Job summary

Inova Alexandria Hospital – Ortho Surgery is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team for a full-time night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with rotating days, weekends and holidays. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision and communicate effectively with the care team in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma and BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days); strong English communication; ability to lift 35 lbs;

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Physical: Ability to lift minimum of 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.

Inova Alexandria Hospital – Ortho Surgery is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.

This schedule for this role will be Full -Time | Nights | 6:00PM – 6:30AM | Rotating days, weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities:

Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

May perform additional duties as assigned

Training: Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)

Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)

Virtual training modules.

On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
