Full-time | Nights | Shift: Days Vary, 6PM - 6:30AM

The Intermediate Care Unit at renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician 1 to join the team in a full-time capacity!

Your shifts will be from 6PM-6:30AM with rotating weekends & holidays.

Clinical Technician 1 Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including:
• ADLs
• Blood draws
• IV insertions
• Catheter/Foley insertions

Communicates effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.

Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

Training: Available for six weeks of paid training, including:

• Virtual modules (two sessions from 8AM - 4:30PM)
• Classroom sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• On-unit shifts (8 or 12 hours)
