Full-time | Rotating between Days and Nights shifts | Days: 7am – 7:30pm, Nights: 7pm – 7:30am

The Cardiac Telemetry Unit at renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician to join the team in a full-time capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, including ADLs, blood draws, IV insertions, and catheter/Foley insertions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout healthcare delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Physical: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Training: Six weeks of paid training, including virtual modules, classroom sessions (8AM – 4:30PM), and on-unit training (times TBD).
• Experience: Healthcare experience preferred.
