Clinical Technician 1 – Cardiac Diagnostics Unit at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, a full-time position!

The Cardiac Diagnostics Unit at renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician to join the team in a full-time capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, including ADLs, blood draws, IV insertions, and catheter/Foley insertions.
• Communicates effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity within the healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Physical: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Training: Six weeks of paid training, including virtual modules, classroom sessions (8AM–4:30PM), and on-unit training (schedule TBD).
• Preferred Experience: 6 months of acute care experience as a Clinical Technician.
