Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; MA certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinic/urgent care experience.
• CPR certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and administrative support for the care team and adhere to company policies.
• Triage patients, check vitals, and assist with routine procedures.
• Prepare exam/treatment rooms and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Support telehealth visits and virtual patient communication.
• Comply with HIPAA and health information management requirements.
