Job summary

Fast Pace Health seeks a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support essential for patient care under supervision. You will deliver excellent patient service, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support telehealth sessions with the care team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in charting, and adherence to core values while handling duties from room prep to specimen collection and patient education. Training opportunities and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
• Current CPR license and active certification within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team.
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, blood draws and injections.
• Triage patients and observe changes in condition.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and lab work.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Support telehealth activities and virtual patient communication.
• Ensure accurate charting and timely documentation.
• Arrange referrals and obtain pre-authorizations as directed.
