Fast Pace Health seeks a Clinical Tech to provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will deliver high-quality patient service, maintain accurate charts, and assist with exams, labs, and radiology coordination.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and a respectful, efficient clinic environment, supporting both patients and the care team across telehealth and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR certification.
• Current CPR license and either 1 year of Clinical Tech/MA/EMT experience or 4–6 years in a Fast Pace Health Clinical Tech role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health information management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to company policies.
• Triage patients by vitals, prepare exam and treatment rooms, and assist with procedures.
• Assist with lab testing, charting, and ensuring timely completion and proper forwarding of charts.
• Arrange referrals and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by the Provider.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the company core values in interactions.
