Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years in customer service or tech support, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience as CRC or research assistant is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer support calls and emails from participants and clinical staff.
- Review compliance alerts and data quality issues to maximize data collection.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely.
- Manage tickets and ensure timely ticket resolutions per SLAs.
- Coordinate orders with inventory and internal teams.
- Complete required training on ICH-GCP and related protocols.
