Brooklyn Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Brooklyn, NY.

We are now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

DUTIES:

1. Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families.
2. Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments.
3. Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records.
4. Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols.
5. Resolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
6. Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care.
7. Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to work well in a team environment.
2. Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
3. Long-Term Care experience preferred.
4. Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Friendly and a strong team player.
