Job Title: Clinical Team Member - RN Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to residents and their families
• Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments
• Document resident care services by charting in resident and department records
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect residents and staff
• Resolve resident problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies
• Ensure quality of care by following facility philosophies and standards
• Maintain resident confidentiality

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
