Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is hiring a Clinical Team Manager to lead an interdisciplinary clinical team in Orlando. Must hold RN or therapy license (RN/OT/PT/SLP). This full-time role offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 DOE and comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality care, mentor staff, and liaise with physicians to resolve patient care issues. The ideal candidate has Medicare Home Health experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse or Therapist.
• 1+ year of Medicare Home Health field experience; Experienced field RNs encouraged to apply!
• Strong judgement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals.
