Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current state licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience in school-based or community mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to a multidisciplinary school-based team.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in school-based and outpatient settings.
• Maintain a clinical caseload while leading and supervising the team.
• Provide clinical consultation for high-risk and crisis situations.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners.
• Participate in psychiatric evaluation and treatment planning with medical providers.
• Utilize in-person and telehealth services to increase engagement and access to care.
• Maintain timely documentation in electronic health records and reporting systems.
