Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is seeking a Clinical Team Lead - Independent Living in Houston to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise clinical staff, and support multidisciplinary treatment. You will help plan and conduct team meetings, ensure documentation and compliance, and participate in hiring and training decisions as needed by the Program Director.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) and at least 3 years of mental

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field required.
• Licensed Clinial Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, or LMFT preferred.
• 3 years of mental health work experience with supervisory exposure.
• Knowledge of care planning, documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to unit staff to ensure quality care and coaching.
• Evaluate staff performance and implement disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor service provision, treatment plans, and data submission for compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and administration to support clinical care.
• Lead treatment team meetings and arrange coverage to ensure continuity.
