Job summary

The Village Family Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Support Coordinator (FSP) to supervise paraprofessional staff delivering mental health services, coordinating with LA County partners and schools.

The role develops, delivers, and coordinates training in clinical practices and treatment methods while guiding staff and ensuring program requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have licensure or eligibility, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and at least two years of direct work with

Qualifications

• LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD and/or license eligible PsyD/PhD, AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management.
• Ability to coordinate staff and schedules with DCFS and Probation.
• 2+ years of direct practice with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, approve notes, monitor productivity, and provide supervision.
• Attend client treatment meetings and IEP meetings for youth.
• Conduct assessments for new referrals.
• Ensure client service hour targets are met for supervisees.
• Provide 24-hour crisis availability as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Coordinate trainings to support staff development.
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners.
