Job summary

The Village Family Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Support Coordinator (FSP) to supervise paraprofessionals providing mental health services and coordinate clinical practices with staff. The role involves ensuring treatment needs are met, guiding staff, and coordinating with community partners including DCFS and Probation.

It requires relevant licensure or license eligibility and strong teamwork. Experience with children, adolescents and families, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD/PhD license or be license eligible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills as well as time management.
• Will collaborate with DCFS and Probation for child welfare.
• Two+ years of direct practice with children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of CA Share Core Practice Model and DMH paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and approve clinical progress notes and reimbursements.
• Attend client treatment meetings and IEP meetings for youth.
• Conduct assessments for new referrals.
• Ensure client service hour expectations are met for supervisees.
• Provide 24-hour crisis availability for supervisees and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and positive work relationships.
• Develop and coordinate trainings in clinical practices.
