We provide tech-enabled mental health care to kids ages 5-19 and their families. We partner with public school districts to reach the most vulnerable populations, and with health insurance companies to cover the cost of care for families.

We're looking for a Clinical Team Lead to support and develop our exceptional team of clinicians. You'll help ensure high-quality care is delivered, support our clinical infrastructure, and strengthen clinical programs across states.
This role is ideal for a clinically experienced and licensed supervisor with a passion for youth mental health, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency.
Clinical Leadership & Support
Maintain a small caseload (2-3 clients) to support EHR workflows and stay close to our care model.
Provide case consultation and guidance to clinicians, sharing best practices and ensuring high standards of care.
Facilitate monthly Clinical Team Meetings (CTMs) for Clinical Supervisors to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
Serve as a Slack channel resource, supporting clinicians and care teams with real-time clinical input on a rotational basis.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless client care and operational alignment.
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of independently and associate-licensed clinicians and supervisors.
Ensure timely and compliant documentation, treatment plans, case notes, and parent/collateral communications.
Manage CQAAA chart audit follow-ups, investigate flagged issues, and address alerts and actions in our EHR system.
Participate in clinical meetings and provide support on other administrative tasks as assigned.
Program Oversight & Supervision
Oversee Daybreak's Associate Supervision clinical programs, providing support to Associate Supervisors and ensuring state compliance.
Partner with Recruiting to forecast and communicate state-specific hiring needs.
Regularly evaluate supervision models for financial efficiency and compliance, holding teams accountable to cost-effective best practices.
Support state board compliance and regulatory documentation across all programs and supervision activities.
Licensed Clinical Supervisor: Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist with state-approved clinical supervisor designation.
Youth Mental Health Experience: Minimum 2 years working with youth and families, ideally in a school-based setting.
Cultural Competence: Committed to equity and skilled in adapting care for diverse populations.
Tech-Savvy Clinician: Familiarity with EHRs and comfort working in a fully remote, telehealth-first environment.
Excellent Communication: Able to lead teams, offer support, and communicate across disciplines and systems.

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000 annually. Our total compensation includes:
