Job summary

MaineHealth Waldo Hospital is seeking a compassionate Clinical Team Assistant (CTA) to join our Primary Care team. This role supports providers and the clinical staff with patient services and clinical tasks to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Education: Student or graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of patient service and clinical responsibilities, working under the direction of licensed providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support providers and the clinical team to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and care delivery.
