Job summary

Ambercare Homecare in New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant to support a rapidly growing team in Belén. The role includes handling calls from clinicians and patients, gathering and routing messages, and ensuring sensitive information is redacted before leaving the office.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of health-related experience; home-health experience is preferred, with basic computer skills and reliable transportation or public

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months experience in a health related field.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in regards to computer software programs with ability to learn new programs.
• Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and skill of the agency compliant abuse neglect and exploitation process statefederal guidelines and DOH Incident Reporting Policy.
• Assist various departments with taking calls from Clinicians and patients.
• Pulls current 485s from computer system and directions as needed for scheduling department.
• Assures all vital information is redacted prior to leaving the office.
• Assist scheduling department with receiving messages from clients to clinicians.
