Job summary

Ambercare Homecare is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant to support multiple departments, handle clinician and patient calls, and ensure compliant documentation. The role requires attention to privacy, accuracy in scheduling, andReliable transportation for local travel.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least six months in a health-related field, and basic computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of agency compliant abuse, neglect and exploitation processes and reporting.
• Assist various departments with taking calls from Clinicians and patients.
• Pull current 485’s from the system and provide directions for scheduling.
• Ensure all vital information is redacted before leaving the office.
• Assist scheduling with receiving messages from clients to clinicians.

What You’ll Do

• Assist various departments with taking calls from Clinicians and patients
• Pulls current 485’s from computer system and directions as needed for scheduling department
• Assures all vital information is redacted prior to leaving the office
• Assist scheduling department with receiving messages from clients to clinicians

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills in regards to computer software programs, with ability to learn new programs
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
