- Drive innovative sourcing strategies and refine processes to enhance hiring outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
- High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions
