Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Clinical System Adoption Specialist for a remote 6+ month contract. You will collaborate with GDO, R&D, and clinical operations to create user materials and drive adoption of clinical systems.

You will develop adoption strategies, partner with Product Managers, and support system readiness and education initiatives to ensure end user understanding and utilization.

Qualifications

• Veeva experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, or change management.
• Experience navigating a matrixed environment to achieve business results.
• Ability to approach complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with communicating and presenting to cross-functional audiences.
• Proven engagement strategies with end users to ensure adoption and utilization of capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a contract position for a Clinical System Adoption Specialist, available remotely for a duration of 6+ months. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders across GDO, R&D, and clinical operations to develop and deploy support materials and drive successful adoption of clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing materials for assigned systems in alignment with GDO and R&D business and strategic priorities.
• Support the Business System Owner in developing the overall clinical system user adoption strategy, including material development, change management, and communications.
• Support system readiness analyses for the enablement of new capabilities.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure understanding of forthcoming system capabilities and their impact on end users.
• Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Actively represent the end user experience to the Business System Owner to inform system improvements and address adoption barriers.
• Support education and awareness initiatives to ensure end users understand available support resources.
• Contribute to process development and change management activities for clinical systems.
