How You Make a Difference

The Clinical Support Trainer is responsible for providing end‑user training and technical assistance for clinical software systems. The role develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and onboarding resources to support clinical staff. The trainer documents support cases, identifies process improvements, and creates knowledge base content for issue resolution. They also respond to user inquiries, ensure the confidentiality of inmate data, and maintain training compliance. Additional duties include updating technical documentation and implementing best practices to enhance software utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end‑user training and provide technical support for clinical applications.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and onboarding programs for staff.
  • Document support calls, create knowledge base content, and escrow unresolved issues.
  • Respond to operational process gaps with solutions and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of inmate data and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Clinical/Nursing Background.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years in a Clinical support role or 2+ years in a Correctional Healthcare role.
  • Current knowledge of PCs, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and train comfortably with technical and non-technical users.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Must obtain and maintain security clearance.
