EventusWholeHealth in Wilmington, NC seeks a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and enhance communication among patients, providers, and facilities. The role emphasizes clinical support, administrative coordination, and strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with APCs and facility staff to streamline rounds, manage documentation, host telehealth visits, and support discharge planning while maintaining professional liaison

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, docs, and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules for admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize clinical documents, labs, diagnostics, and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Process patient consents and route documentation appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to care teams.
• Support discharge planning and maintain census accuracy.
