Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Support Tech 1 to join our patient care team. This staff role provides basic technical patient care skills under the direction of licensed practitioners and helps with patient check-in and registration tasks.

Minimum qualifications include high school or equivalent, plus basic life support and CMA/EMT credentials. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Licesnses & Certifications listed: RMA, BLS, CNA, EMT, CMA/AAMA preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical patient care under supervision of licensed practitioner.
• Performs patient check-in using manual/paper or digital solutions.
• Supports registration-related transactions including point-of-service collections.
