Job summary

Linke Resources is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator in Exton, PA, responsible for overseeing the Clinical Support Services team. The coordinator will ensure all functions are performed efficiently, train staff, and maintain quality documentation throughout.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Intake and/or clinical support services for a health provider.
• Good overall understanding of clinical needs and policies in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Support Services (CSS) staff.
• Maintain accurate records of billable services provided.
• Conduct training and supervision of CSS staff.
• Monitor service delivery and performance.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for Performance Improvement.
