Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Louisiana or required jurisdictions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the LPN/Tech team to support quality, productivity, and consistent performance.
• Monitor daily workflows, productivity metrics, time/attendance, and performance expectations; follow up as needed.
• Lead employee engagement and professional development through regular meetings and 1:1 conversations.
• Partner with department leadership on staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of new team members.
• Develop, implement, and reassess workflow and program improvement strategies for positive patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Support provider visit operations including scheduling outreach, history gathering, medication review support, triage, screenings, EMR documentation, and data transfer.
