Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staff to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care at our Rochester Hills, MI on-site location.

You will guide patients through therapeutic processes, participate in treatment planning, conduct assessments, facilitate group sessions, and support coordination with supervisors and therapists. This role offers growth within a nationally recognized provider of addiction and mental health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related Human Services field; master's preferred.
• Experience in behavioral or mental health treatment.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, reviewing client progress, challenges, and treatment strategies.
• Conduct baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and provide ongoing client support.
• Assist Clinical Supervisors and Therapists with treatment coordination, family communication, and caseload coverage as needed.
• Support clients in managing external stressors and overcoming barriers to treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities.

Position Details:

• Reports to: Clinical Supervisor
• Schedule: Part Time, Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, reviewing client progress, challenges, and treatment strategies.
• Conduct baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and provide ongoing client support.
