Banyan Treatment Centers in Michigan is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staff to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care. You will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance, contributing to the growth of a dynamic team.

The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, baseline assessments, and supporting treatment planning, with a focus on patient-centered care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field.
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, reviewing client progress, challenges, and treatment strategies.
• Conduct baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and provide ongoing client support.
• Assist Clinical Supervisors and Therapists with treatment coordination, family communication, and caseload coverage as needed.
• Support clients in managing external stressors and overcoming barriers to treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Banyan Treatment Centers is proud to expand our life-changing services to Michigan. We’re seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staffto join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care.

In this role, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities.

• Reports to: Clinical Supervisor
• Schedule: Part Time, Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, reviewing client progress, challenges, and treatment strategies.

Conduct baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.

Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and provide ongoing client support.

Assist Clinical Supervisors and Therapists with treatment coordination, family communication, and caseload coverage as needed.

Support clients in managing external stressors and overcoming barriers to treatment.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related Human Services field, master's degree preferred.
