Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Support Representative for the OBGYN Chester County area on a per diem basis. The role involves assisting patients in exam rooms, updating documentation in the EMR, and performing routine clinical and administrative duties.

The CSR will support clinical staff while upholding safety and infection control standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Medical Assistant or CNA program (preferred), and 1+ year related experience

Responsibilities

• Promptly rooms patients, uses EMR to alert the provider when ready, and may chaperone as needed.
• Obtains and scans documents, completes forms, and sends patient correspondence as required.
• Adheres to infection control policies, cleans and disinfects instruments, and maintains stocked and orderly care areas.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, JCAHO) and safety protocols.
