Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to triage and multitask.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and medical office software.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure vital signs.
• Show patients to examination rooms and prepare equipment for providers.
• Record medical history and vital statistics in medical records.
• Perform general office duties (phones, dictation, insurance forms) and liaise with departments.
• Collect blood or other specimens and prepare them for testing.
• Prepare treatment rooms and keep them clean and stocked.
