Job summary

Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Clinical Support I (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support in an outpatient clinic setting. You will assist with patient assessments, prepare patients for examinations, and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under licensed providers.

Responsibilities include recording vitals, maintaining medical records, ensuring patient flow, and assisting with specimen collection and lab procedures while upholding patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care activities including monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in condition to licensed nursing staff or providers.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with maintaining complete and accurate medical records.
• Escort patients to examination rooms, obtain and record vital signs, and prepare patients for provider evaluation.
• Assist with specimen collection and laboratory procedures as directed.
• Support providers during examinations and procedures by preparing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous, professional interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, preparing patients for examinations, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, maintaining medical records, ensuring patient flow, and administering basic care. This role supports quality patient outcomes through effective communication, education, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Essential Functions

Education

Licenses/Certifications
